The Reformer Lab is the foundation of modern Pilates. This equipment-based class strengthens, stretches, and sculpts your entire body using the resistance and glide of the reformer bed. We offer three tiers for your progression:
Beginner: Foundational movement, alignment, breath
Essentials: Dynamic sequences with form refinement
Elevate: Athletic flows for strength, flexibility, and challenge
