Candy - Studio Manager & Pilates Professional
Candy discovered Pilates after struggling with back pain while juggling a corporate marketing career and motherhood. Experiencing its benefits firsthand, she became passionate about helping others move pain-free.
Trained in Matwork & Reformer Pilates through APPI, she is completing her Diploma with Pilates ITC. She believes movement is key to long-term health and is committed to ongoing education. Fluent in English and Cantonese, Candy loves connecting with clients and stays active playing volleyball and spending time with family.

Samantha - Studio Manager, PT & Pilates Professional
Samantha has been in the Fitness Industry for over 20 years and has a passion for helping people reach their goals. She has been active since the day she could walk and is passing that Active lifestyle down to her 2 young children, who love playing sports together and spending time at the beach.
Outside of training others, Samantha has been involved with various Fitness & Body Building Comps both in Sydney and Queensland and has a passion for Dance. Samantha loves up-skilling and is passionate about always growing in everything she does.

Alana - Pilates Professional
Alana began Pilates during her years as a student, after being encouraged by an instructor, she began her education at Breathe Education to become a certified Pilates instructor.
Alana has always had an interest in fitness but when she began practicing Pilates herself, she found that not only could she be working out, but enjoying it at the same time. That is what Alana wants to bring to other people who practice Pilates. She loves seeing people grow not only in their strength but confidence as well. She loves the community that Pilates brings, and the friendships that can come from it. Alana values her clients being able to achieve their goals and loves to celebrate that achievement with them.

Elske - Pilates Professional
Elske, a passionate Pilates instructor with a background in Clinical Science, is currently completing her final semester of a Doctor of Physiotherapy. Her Pilates journey began during the COVID pandemic while rehabilitating chronic lower back pain, discovering its transformative benefits for strength and mobility.
Trained in Matwork & Reformer Pilates through Studio Pilates, Elske is completing her Clinical Pilates certification. She integrates physiotherapy principles into her teaching, focusing on functional movement and full-body strength to help clients move better, feel stronger, and understand their bodies.

Heidi - Personal Trainer & Pilates Professional
Heidi is a dedicated personal trainer focused on improving her clients’ well-being through personalized exercise programs and movement techniques. She holds Certificate III and IV in Fitness, along with training in mat and reformer Pilates, and has completed postpartum training, with a special passion for pelvic floor health.
Heidi works closely with a network of professionals to provide a holistic approach to fitness. As a busy mother of three, she understands the importance of balancing family responsibilities with prioritizing mental and physical health.

Christine - Pilates Professional
Christine is a wife, mother of two, and proud grandma with a lifelong passion for movement and exercise. She first discovered Pilates in the 1980s but later focused on aerobics and weight training. After becoming a certified Fitness Leader in 1991, Christine spent 26 years as a Practice Manager at Westmead Cardiothoracic Surgeons, where she saw the vital role of exercise in recovery.
Joining MPF in 2018, Christine found her true passion in Pilates. At 72, she became a certified instructor through The Studio Academy and Breathe Education and now leads Xlab’s Active Ager and group reformer classes.
